Are you packing for Wacken Open Air? STOP! Before you close the trunk and embark on your journey to the best time of the year: Please check if you still have any camping equipment in your basement that you no longer need. It will be needed!  

Our 666 sleeping bag crew is collecting sleeping bags, sleeping mats, wool blankets, unopened cans and small tents (for up to 2 people) again this year at Holy Ground – for people who haven't fared so well in the mosh pit of life and live on the street.  

Please drop off your old but still usable camping equipment at the collection points next to shower camps S4 and S2, or next to S1, S3, S5, and S6. These will be open from 16 PM to 22 PM on Saturday of the festival and from 8 AM to 12 PM on Sunday, the day of departure. So, bring on your camping gear! You can recognize the drop-off points by the large banners.
