Many have asked for it, they have waited patiently for a long time and here is: The complete recording of the panel on the topic of depression at the Wacken Open Air Jungle Stage on August 02.08nd, 2024.

Depression is a widespread disease. Around one in five people in Germany will suffer from it in their lifetime. Almost everyone knows someone who is currently affected.

Through the panel, Nico Rose wants to take depression out of the taboo zone, explain what it feels like to be depressed, show that it is "OK" to be depressed. At the same time, he wants to shed light on where you can find help and how you can help - yourself and others.

The most important message: “You are not alone!”

Host: Nico Rose, psychologist and author of the bestseller “Hard, Heavy & Happy”.

Guests: Sabina Classen (singer of Holy Moses, working as a therapist in her own practice for over 15 years), Johannes “Johnny” Stecker (singer of Soulbound and working as a psychological psychotherapist in a clinic) and Wolfgang “Rudi” Rduch (initiator of the Black Dog project of Metality eV).

Special thanks to the Wacken Open Air!
